Air travelSydney has one international and domestic airport, Kingsford Smith. Australian customs places restrictions on plant and animal goods entering and leaving Australia. Ground transportTaxi: It is approximately $60–$70 taxi fare and 20 minutes to travel from the airport to Sydney CBD. Call 131 008 for a taxi (Australia–wide booking). Public transport: Wynyard Station is the closest station to the conference hotel. (Rental) Car: Be aware of Sydney tolls when driving. The Road and Traffic Authority provides a list of roads that charge toll. Driving tips for international drivers in Australia are available on the Road and Traffic Authority web site.
