Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft Powerpoint in 4:3 format (not widescreen or your images will experience scaling distortions/be cut off). Presentation Time

Invited speakers have been allotted 30 minutes total and contributed speakers 20 minutes total. Chairs will provide each speaker with a 5 minute warning prior to the completion of their allocated total time. Speakers should ensure that at least 3 minutes are available within their timeslot to take questions from the audience.

Presentation Storage Media

Presentations should be provided on a USB memory stick or CD/DVD for loading onto the conference computer system. Presentations will be run from the conference computer system to reduce time delays between speakers and to ensure smooth running of the presentations. Please provide your presentation to the audio–visual staff well in advance. This is to allow running the slideshow in its entirety to ensure integrity and to enable sufficient time for any modifications should the presentation not be compatible with the laptop used in the session. In terms of the security of your material, presentations will not be copied or distributed unless with your prior permission.
